As a Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training sessions to our clients, focusing on BPM practices. Your expertise will enable our clients to optimize their processes and achieve their business goals. You will work closely with our team to develop training materials, conduct needs assessments, and provide ongoing support to ensure the success of our training initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Design and deliver interactive training sessions on BPM concepts and best practices.
- Create and update training materials, including presentations, handouts, and practical exercises.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor training content accordingly.
- Provide post-training support and follow-up to ensure the effective implementation of BPM practices.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate relevant content into training programs.
- Collaborate with the Delivery Assurance team to align training initiatives with project goals.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback from clients to continuously improve our programs.
- Mentor and support junior team members, sharing your expertise and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BPM training or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of BPM concepts, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.




- Experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently manage projects.
- Proficiency in using training software and tools for content creation and delivery.
- Analytical skills to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Flexibility to travel to client sites as required for training sessions.
