- Facilitate and Support Head-Talent Development in conducting Training Needs Identification using different methodologies.
- Work Closely with business and employees to gain knowledge of work situations and Challenges.
- Develop Retail Training calendar based on the training needs identified and deliver training programs as per the calendar.
- Coordinate training schedule with the hiring and training demands of the business especially the Retail function.
- Formulate teaching outline and determine instructional methods such as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings and workshops along with content.
- To Facilitate IDP plan for identified employees.
- Prepare MIS based inputs to the Head- Talent Development for people development initiatives at Retail level
- Liaison with external training partners for execution of Training interventions
- Ensure the Learning Management System operates smoothly and ensure achieve maximum accession rate and certifications for all eLearning module uploaded as per training calendar
