We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Intake Analyst to manage the critical onboarding and initial data/content processing phase for incoming client assets. In this role, you will evaluate incoming digital assets, validate data schemas and business rules, assess intake quality, and streamline intake workflows between client teams and operational units.

Key Responsibilities

- Data & Content Triage: Receive, catalog, and evaluate incoming client data feeds, documents, and unstructured assets for completeness and adherence to required specs.




- Requirement Validation: Review intake requirements, schemas, and metadata standards to ensure files meet preprocessing criteria before moving to production or automated AI pipelines.
- Process & Workflow Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the intake pipeline and collaborate with engineering and operational teams to refine data ingestion protocols.
- Issue Escalation & Tracking: Document intake anomalies, missing files, or format discrepancies, working directly with client contacts or internal account managers to resolve issues quickly.
- Quality Assurance (QA): Perform routine sampling and audits on ingested data to maintain high accuracy and data integrity across workflow stages.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date Intake Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), data mapping dictionaries, and process flowcharts.

Key Tech Stack & Skills

Required:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 0–4 years of experience in data intake analysis, business analysis, content operations, or data quality management (experience in BPO, ITES, or publishing/content services preferred)

Technical Proficiency:





- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data validation functions).
- Familiarity with data formats (XML, JSON, CSV, PDF structure, metadata schemas).
- Basic knowledge of SQL for database querying is a solid plus.
- Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to spot patterns, anomalies, and errors in large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal English communication skills for collaborating across global cross-functional teams and managing client queries.
