About the Role
We're looking for a Junior NetSuite Support Analyst to join our IT team and serve as the first line of support for our Oracle NetSuite ERP platform. You'll be responsible for day-to-day system administration, user support, data quality management, and reporting — ensuring the platform runs smoothly and reliably for teams across Finance, Procurement, Operations, and beyond.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a working knowledge of enterprise applications who is eager to build deep expertise in one of the world's leading cloud ERP systems. You'll work closely with senior analysts and cross-functional stakeholders, gaining exposure to end-to-end business processes while keeping the system stable, accurate, and optimized.
What You'll Do
- Provide Day-to-Day User Support — Respond to user queries and system issues across departments, troubleshooting problems related to configurations, workflows, reports, and transactions in a timely manner.
- Manage Users, Roles & Permissions — Set up, deactivate, and maintain user accounts, roles, and access controls within NetSuite, ensuring compliance with security policies and audit requirements.
- Maintain Data Quality & Integrity — Monitor and cleanse master data including customer, vendor, and item records; perform de-duplication, validation, and support data imports/exports to ensure accuracy across the platform.
- Support Financial & Business Processes — Assist Finance and Accounts teams with core ERP processes including Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash cycles, with basic troubleshooting of GL, AP, AR, and inventory transactions.
- Build & Maintain Reports — Support the creation and upkeep of saved searches, dashboards,
and custom reports that surface operational and financial insights to stakeholders at all levels.
- Assist with Configurations & Customizations — Help implement configuration changes, minor customizations, and system optimizations under the guidance of senior analysts to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Support Integrations & Third-Party Applications — Provide first-level support for third-party tools and integrations connected to NetSuite, monitoring integration health and escalating failures or data discrepancies.
- Participate in Testing & Enhancements — Assist with system upgrades, enhancements, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring changes are validated before deployment to production.
- Document & Share Knowledge — Maintain clear documentation of processes, procedures, configurations, known issues, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and team efficiency.
- Guide & Train End Users — Assist users with system navigation, best-practice recommendations, and ad-hoc training to improve adoption and self-sufficiency across the organization.
What You Bring
- 0–2 years of professional experience in enterprise application support, ERP administration, or a business systems role.
- Enterprise Application Knowledge — Working understanding of ERP concepts and how business functions (Finance, Procurement, Inventory,
Sales) interact within an integrated platform.
- Basic Accounting Fundamentals — Familiarity with core accounting processes such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Troubleshooting & Problem Solving — A structured, logical approach to diagnosing system issues, identifying root causes, and resolving or escalating effectively.
- Data Management — Comfort with data handling tasks including CSV imports/exports, data validation, and basic record maintenance.
- Reporting Aptitude — Ability to create or modify basic reports and assist with saved searches or dashboard requests.
- Communication — Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to explain technical matters to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaboration — A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively across IT, Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams.
- Educational Background — Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on exposure to Oracle NetSuite (including academic projects, internships, or certification coursework).
- Familiarity with NetSuite saved searches, workflows, or basic SuiteScript concepts.
- Exposure to NetSuite certifications such as SuiteFoundation or Administrator.
- Experience with SQL or relational database concepts.
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs or integration tools.
- Experience working in a multi-subsidiary or multi-entity ERP workplace.
