We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our O2C team. The role involves supporting collections, customer payment follow-ups, billing query resolution, and maintaining customer account records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on customer payments and outstanding invoices.
- Assist in resolving billing and payment-related queries.
- Maintain customer records and collection data.
- Support reporting and account reconciliation activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Willingness to learn and build a career in Finance Operations.
