Looking for a Trainee Hardware Engineer to provide onsite/field technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware. The role involves visiting customer locations, diagnosing hardware issues, performing installations/replacements, and coordinating with the support team for issue resolution.
Key Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Desktop/Laptop hardware troubleshooting
- Installation and configuration of Windows OS and applications
- Knowledge of RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, SMPS, printers & peripherals
- Basic LAN, networking and IP configuration knowledge
- Hardware installation, replacement and preventive maintenance
- Willingness to travel to customer/field locations
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills
- ITI/Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in IT, Electronics or related field preferred.
