Key Responsibilities
- Batch Preparation: Stage, weigh, measure, and blend raw materials (liquids, powders, or chemicals) strictly following master batch records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate compounding machinery, mixers, homogenizers, tanks, and transfer pumps.
- Sanitization & Hygiene: Clean, sanitize, and assemble production equipment and compounding areas according to cGMP (Current Positive Manufacturing Practices) guidelines.
- Documentation: Accurately complete batch production records, equipment logbooks, and inventory movement forms.
- Quality Assurance: Collect process samples for quality control testing and perform basic in-process checks (e.g., pH, viscosity, specific gravity, visual inspections).
- Safety & Inventory: Maintain a clean workspace, observe safety protocols (using proper PPE and handling hazardous materials safely), and report low inventory levels.
