We are looking for detail-oriented Trainee Associates to join our US Healthcare Credentialing team in Chennai. In this role, you will work alongside modern workflow technology to verify practitioner credentials, ensure compliance, and streamline provider onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute primary source verifications (PSV) for practitioner licenses, degrees, and certifications across 2,000+ US state boards and data repositories.
- Audit provider profile data to assemble accurate, audit-ready credentialing packets.
- Coordinate directly with licensing boards, institutions, and healthcare providers via phone and email.
- Leverage internal AI workflows to resolve exceptions and clear application bottlenecks.




- Maintain real-time tracking logs to ensure friction-free network onboarding.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Education: Any Graduate (Batch of 2026 or prior).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Mindset: Strong attention to detail, quality-conscious, and tech-savvy.
- Flexibility: Comfortable working in US night shifts (6:30 PM 3:30 AM).
- Skills: Proficiency in basic MS Office (Excel, Word) and web research skills.
