Trainee Captain

Location- Recent Alipore, Kolkata

Vacancies- 4

Salary- ₹15,000 to ₹20,000/month

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage daily F&B; service operations.

Ensure excellent guest service and customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.

Handle guest queries and resolve service issues professionally.

Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, hygiene, and grooming standards.

Assist in order taking, billing, and upselling.

Support and guide service staff during operations.

Requirements

Hotel Management/Hospitality qualification preferred.

F&B;/restaurant experience preferred; freshers can apply for Trainee Captain.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Well-groomed, energetic, and willing to work in shifts.
