- Monitor and track trucks/loads throughout the USA.
- Coordinate with drivers and provide regular updates on load status.
- Update tracking information in the company system/TMS.
- Follow up with drivers for pickup, delivery, ETA, delays, and detention.
- Communicate with customers, brokers, and internal teams regarding shipment status.
- Identify and report delays, route issues, or other problems to the concerned team.
- Maintain accurate records of all tracking updates and communications.
- Ensure timely pickup and delivery updates.
Requirements
- Good English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills.
- Ability to communicate with drivers/customers.
- Good follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- 1-2 year experience
- Willingness to work in night shifts (Rotational shifts)
