Role Summary:

Act as the first point of contact for customers and internal teams for trade finance transactions. Ensure smooth processing of trade products and provide timely customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries related to LC, BG, Import/Export Bills, and Trade Loans.
- Verify applications and supporting documents before processing.
- Coordinate with Operations, Credit, Compliance, and Sales teams.
- Track transactions and provide status updates to customers.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records and support timely transaction processing.

Skills Required:

- Valuable communication and customer service skills.
- Basic understanding of banking/trade finance products.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Preferred Profile: Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience in Banking Operations, Trade Finance, Customer Service, or Back-office Operations.
