5. Controled release, stability, and targeted ingredient delivery.
6. Participate in various procedures to ensure the consistency and reliability of encapsulation processes.
7. Operate laboratory equipment such as microencapsulators, centrifuges and particle size analyzers under supervision.
8. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate in a team setting.
9. Detail-oriented, with good organizational and time management skills.
Education - B.Tech / M.Tech/ M.Sc in Pharmaceutical Technology, Food Technology is mandatory. Preferably Male
Previous laboratory experience through coursework, internships, or research projects is advantageous.
Strong academic background in organic chemistry, Food Fortification, or Formulation Technology is desirable.
Minimum 0 to 2 yrs experience in Microencapusulation, Food Industry .
