About the Profile

We are looking for an Educational Tours Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute experiential learning tours for school and university students. The role requires someone who can effectively manage multiple stakeholders, coordinate with educational institutions and industry partners, and ensure that every tour is executed smoothly from planning to completion.

What will you work on?

- Manage the pre-tour coordination process, including identifying and reaching out to relevant industry professionals, experts, speakers, and guests for student interactions.
- Conduct regular outreach and maintain consistent, rigorous follow-ups with guests and experts to secure confirmations.
- Coordinate with confirmed speakers and experts to understand their availability, requirements, and areas of expertise.
- Schedule and appropriately place guests and experts across multiple educational tours based on the tour theme, student profile, and itinerary.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that all guest interactions are planned and aligned with the objectives of the tour.
- Manage multiple tours simultaneously, ensuring that each tour remains on schedule and all pre-tour requirements are completed within timelines.
- Maintain trackers and databases for outreach,



follow-ups, confirmations, schedules, and tour requirements.
- Take ownership of pending confirmations and proactively follow up with stakeholders until closure.
- Support the team with additional coordination and operational requirements leading up to and during the execution of tours.

- Fresh graduates with a strong passion for creating meaningful experiences and making a difference in students' learning journeys.
- Prior experience in college fests, events, student committees, or event management will be preferred.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexible and adaptable, with an openness to taking on new responsibilities and exploring different opportunities.
- Willingness to travel across the city for meetings, visits, and on-ground execution of educational tours.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to coordinate with schools, universities, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities and requirements may change.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
