Job Purpose: To responsible for Tool maintenance

Roles & Responsibilities:

Planning & Repairing of sheet metal die as per plan.

Following Preventive Maintenance plan & documents (Log Book ,History card PM Check sheet)

Problem analysis and made their corrective action.

Analysis rejection & rework improvement

Knowledge of current tool trials.

Maintaining Documents, tool history, breakdown analysis.

Implementation of Kaizen, 5S, Safety on Shop floor.

Tools Spare management (Kanban System)

Shift handling & manpower management.

Reducing Tool breakdown by improvement in tool

Maintaining spare records





Qualification & Skills: .

B.Tech/ Diploma qualification in Tooling.

Experienced in MS OFFICE.

Knowledge of manufacturing & Design Software.

Sound & working knowledge of tool room machine.

Experience :Minimum 4 years in a Automobile/Process Industry.

Accountabilities:

Planning & Repairing of all types sheet metal dies, problem analyse and make their corrective action plan, Following documents (history card, PM schedule (plan vs actual), spare management sheet) implementation of kaizen 5s safety on shop floor. Look all die maintenance activity effectively to run all the tools smoothly with records and analysis data.

Authorities:

Suggestion for new improvement in tools.

Shift management.
