Experience: 2–5 years in Tool Room / Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day tool room activities and tool maintenance.
- Manufacture, modify and repair tools, fixtures and jigs as required.
- Operate conventional machines such as lathe, milling, drilling and grinding machines.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of tools and components.
- Carry out preventive maintenance of tools and fixtures.
- Coordinate with Production and Maintenance teams for tool requirements.
- Maintain tool room records, inventory and documentation.
- Troubleshoot tool-related issues and provide timely solutions.
- Follow safety, 5S and housekeeping standards.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of tool room operations and machining processes.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments such as vernier, micrometer and gauges.
- Hands-on experience with conventional/CNC machines.
- Good problem-solving and technical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
