To support Bandha GP Coal mines business in MP Chhattisgarh by establish a robust Media Relation in at Singrauli and Raigarh and enhance the organization s reputation by creating, editing and pitching content to the different Media and communications channels. To initiate, manage and deliver a corporate communications strategy to develop the organizations reputation, brand and relationships, ensuring organization have a clear identity and high levels of goodwill and understanding amongst the various stakeholder groups.

Develops and implements strategic plans for the Corporate Communication department to facilitate the achievement of the Organization s vision.

Supervises the research, development and implementation of a Communication strategy, standards and practices organizationalwide that elicit as well as promote the ethos of the organization.

Analyses stakeholder research findings as part of developing a compelling vision for the Corporate Communications Department proactively cultivates relationships with key media stakeholders of Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh to promote the work and reputation of the Organization.

(Build and Maintain an excellent Media relation to support company s operations in the State)

1. Regular interaction with key Media person at Local State level media in Singrauli, Bhopal Jabalpur
2. Regular Media Visit to Various Coal mines in MP CG
3.



Positioning the media story for each mines location.
4. Regular Interaction with CSR/Sustainability Team and Unit head to identify the opportunities for Media story.
5. Prevent the publication / telecast of negative news having adverse impact on Company / Project.
6. Ensure coverage of all company events and positive news through print electronic media on regular basis.
7. Mitigate the risk on negative news article.
8. To following up with Media persons on regular basis.

Media Relations in Chhattisgarh (Build and Maintain an excellent Media relation to support company s operations in the State)
1. Regular interaction with key Media person at State level media in Raipur local media at Raigarh. .
2. Regular Media Visit to GP Coal mines.
3. Regular Media Visit to Raigarh.
4. Positioning the media story for GP mines.
5. Regular Interaction with CSR/Sustainability Team and Unit head to identify the opportunities for Media story.
6. Prevent publication / telecast of negative news having adverse impact on Company / Project.
7. Ensure coverage of all company events and positive news through print electronic media on regular basis.
8. Mitigate the risk on negative news article

Insertion of News Article and Image building
1. Interact with Editors/Bureau Chief/Correspondent regularly to create a company friendly atmosphere and image building through their respective newspapers / TV Channels
2. Ensure maximum visibility in media to support our CSR and Sustainability work done in project areas.
