About the Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced Textile Designer with 3–4 years of experience in woven textile design and product development. The candidate will be responsible for developing recent designs, creating dobby patterns, preparing colourways, and coordinating with the production team to convert concepts into production-ready fabrics.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative and commercially viable woven textile designs based on market and customer requirements.
- Create and modify dobby designs and woven fabric patterns.
- Develop new fabric concepts, structures, textures, patterns, and colour combinations.
- Use Textonic and Design Deskpro for textile design development and related activities.
- Prepare and modify designs, colourways, and artwork using Adobe Photoshop.
- Coordinate with sampling and production teams for design development and execution.
- Understand fabric construction, weave structures, yarns, textures, and other basic technical aspects of woven fabrics.
- Review fabric samples and recommend design, colour, or construction modifications.
- Research textile trends, patterns, colours,



and market requirements to develop relevant designs.
- Maintain design libraries, artwork, and documentation.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and meet quality requirements.

Required Skills
- 3–4 years of experience in Textile Design / Woven Textile Design.
- Strong experience in Dobby Designing and woven design development.
- Hands-on experience with Textonic and Design Deskpro.
- Good proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
- Good understanding of fabric structures, weave patterns, textures, and colour combinations.
- Knowledge of textile sampling and product development.
- Strong creative and visualization skills.
- Ability to coordinate with production and technical teams.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Educational Qualification
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Textile Technology, Fashion Design, or a related field.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in woven fabrics, dobby fabrics, home textiles, apparel fabrics, or textile product development will be preferred.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
