Role description

We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Engineer to build and maintain automation capabilities across APIs, data pipelines, and a graph-based identity platform. The role focuses on CI/CD quality gates, API and data validation, graph integrity testing, performance testing, and compliance assurance within AWS environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and maintain automated test suites for APIs, data workflows, and graph components.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines with release quality gates.
- Develop automated contract, schema, consent, and compliance validations.
- Build end-to-end API tests using tools such as Postman, Bruno, or Insomnia.
- Implement data quality monitoring, performance testing, and regression testing.
- Create Neo4j graph integrity tests, including node-edge validation, traversal checks, and merge/split detection.
- Support monitoring, ing, audit evidence generation, and operational quality controls.
- Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Platform teams to validate identity resolution and confidence scoring models.

Required Skills & Experience

Automation & CI/CD

- Robust experience in test automation and CI/CD quality gates.
- Hands-on experience with Harness CI/CD.
- Ability to enforce gated releases and block deployments when validations fail.

AWS

- Experience with:
- S3
- IAM
- Airflow/MWAA
- Logging, monitoring, and ing

Data & API Testing





- Data contract and schema validation.
- Automated data quality testing and monitoring.
- API automation and performance testing.
- Compliance validation, including consent and PII checks.

Graph & Identity Platforms

- Neo4j testing experience covering graph integrity and traversal validation.
- Understanding of deterministic and probabilistic identity resolution, confidence scoring, and stability metrics.

Programming

- Strong Python skills for test automation and validation frameworks.

Preferred Skills

- Drift detection and monitoring of identity resolution outcomes.
- Advanced Neo4j validation and reproducibility testing.
- Experience testing data science or probabilistic systems.
- Observability and dashboarding experience.
