Test Lead Skill Loan Origination System, Loan Management System, CASA, Core Banking 7–9 years of QA/testing experience with strong domain expertise across Banking, Microfinance, Micro Lending, MFI, SHG, JLG, Group Lending, Rural Lending, Corporate/Business Banking, Liability/CASA and Core Banking applications. Strong understanding of end-to-end business and transaction workflows, including lending, collection, customer/account servicing and banking processes. Responsible for test planning, estimation, test strategy, scenario/test case design, execution, defect governance, regression and integration testing.
Valuable hands-on knowledge of API testing/Postman and SQL/DB validation. Should have experience in team handling, task allocation, stakeholder/client management, status reporting and end-to-end QA delivery ownership.
