Ensure Requirement Traceability to Test Cases and Defects • Develop Functional Test Cases & ensuring its coverage • Execute Test cases and document the test evidenced in the tool • Ensure QA process adherence Testers/ QA Analyst (Functional) • Participate in Sprint Grooming / Backlog Refinement • Defect logging, retesting and closure • Maintain document repository of all test results and project level changes • Mentor junior resources in the team for process or application changes • Test Data preparation • Review test cases and defects • Participate in daily standups and progress discussions.
