We are looking for a Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in the US healthcare market to help identify and develop recent business opportunities.

We work with physician practices and healthcare organizations across the US, providing medical documentation and healthcare support services.

The role covers the business development process from market research and prospect identification through outreach, follow-up, qualification and scheduling meetings with relevant prospects.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining a structured pipeline and ensuring promising opportunities are followed through consistently.

What You'll Do

• Research defined target markets within US healthcare and identify potential business opportunities

• Identify relevant physician practices, healthcare organizations and decision-makers

• Build focused prospect lists using research, databases and other relevant sources

• Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, phone and other relevant channels

• Develop and test different outreach approaches across defined markets





• Follow up consistently and professionally across multiple touchpoints

• Identify and qualify prospects with a potential need for our services

• Schedule qualified meetings for further business discussions

• Maintain an organized and current pipeline of prospects, conversations, follow-ups and next steps

• Track outreach and responses to understand which messages, markets and channels are generating responses and qualified conversations

• Research new segments when required and identify potential opportunities within them

• Share relevant market observations and prospect feedback gathered through research and outreach

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of hands-on business development, sales, lead generation or prospecting experience specifically within US healthcare

• Experience personally researching and identifying prospects and decision-makers

• Experience with LinkedIn outreach,
