nWe are building a large digital content operation across our schools, corporate brands and personal brands.
nThe right person should understand social media, but more importantly, should know how to manage a team, follow up, maintain deadlines and get work completed every day.
nThis is not a role where you will spend the whole day designing posts yourself.
nYour job will be to manage the people who create, edit and publish content.

nYOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage the daily work of the social media and content teamn
- Create and maintain weekly and monthly content calendarsn
- Make sure Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn content is published on timen
- Assign work to video editors, designers and social media executivesn
- Follow up with team members and ensure deadlines are metn
- Coordinate with schools to collect photos, videos, testimonials and storiesn
- Review Reels, Shorts, captions and social media posts before publishingn
- Maintain Google Sheets, trackers and performance dashboardsn
- Monitor reach, engagement, views, watch time and follower growthn
- Find high-performing content and increase similar contentn
- Identify weak-performing pages and improve themn
- Manage remote employees working from different citiesn
