Job DescriptionAbout the Role: We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager to own end-to-end HR operations for our Employer of Record (EOR) business — full employee lifecycle across multiple client companies. Statutory compliance execution sits with an external compliance partner; the candidate needs solid working knowledge of the process to manage that relationship and hold the partner accountable, not to file directly. Leads a small HR ops team (maker/checker model) and is the primary point of contact for client-side HR and compliance matters. Key Responsibilities: -HR Operations - Own the employee lifecycle for EOR employees across clients — onboarding, documentation, HRMS data, attendance/leave, nominee & insurance records, offboarding. - Manage HRMS (greytHR or equivalent): employee master data, attendance automation, insurance integration. - Run a maker/checker structure across onboarding, payroll, compliance, and offboarding. - Track core ops metrics (FAT, onboarding/offboarding TAT) and report to leadership.



- Manage and mentor the HR ops team; own their KRAs/KPIs. - Issue board/employer authorisation letters, offer letters, and related employment documentation for client companies. -Statutory Compliance ( via Compliance Partner) - Working knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, and other labour law compliance — enough to review and question the partner's work. - Own the relationship with the external compliance partner: inputs, deliverables, and follow-up on filings, registrations, renewals, closures. - Maintain compliance calendars and hold the partner to statutory deadlines across clients/locations. - Coordinate between the partner and government departments, labour authorities, and auditors as needed. - Review the partner's records, registers, and statutory reports for accuracy. - Coordinate documentation for internal/external/statutory audits. - Track compliance status via the partner's MIS/dashboards and flag risks to management. -
