- Identify and prioritize business-critical user journeys for automation.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks for:
- Web UI
- Mobile Applications
- API Integrations and Backend Validations
- Implement end-to-end workflow automation across multiple platforms.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
- Optimize test reliability, execution speed, and reporting.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams.
- Provide documentation and knowledge transfer for long-term sustainability.
> > Technical Skills & Requirements
- Strong experience in QA Automation for Web, Mobile, and API testing.
- Hands-on expertise with automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, RestAssured, Cypress, Playwright (or similar).
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript for automation scripting.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
- Solid understanding of API testing and backend validations.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and agile methodologies.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
> > Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in building scalable automation frameworks from scratch.
- Exposure to cloud-based testing environments.
- Knowledge of performance and security testing is a plus.
