We are looking for an experienced professional who can independently handle the complete Indian Railways tender-to-payment cycle, including IREPS bidding, PO documentation, quality/inspection documentation, dispatch and payment follow-up.

Key ResponsibilitiesTender & Bidding

- Search and identify relevant Indian Railways tenders on IREPS.
- Study tender documents, specifications, drawings and eligibility criteria.
- Check RDSO/vendor approval, inspection, EMD, SD, LD, delivery and other conditions.
- Prepare tender costing and commercial analysis.
- Coordinate with production, purchase and management for accurate costing.
- Prepare and submit technical and financial bids on IREPS.
- Maintain tender tracker and bidding pipeline.

PO & Order Management

- Handle documentation from PO receipt until final payment realization.
- Review PO against the tender, quotation and approved costing.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, quality and dispatch teams for order execution.
- Maintain complete PO-wise documentation and records.
- Track delivery schedules and ensure timely submission of required documents.

Quality & Inspection Documentation

- Coordinate with RDSO/RITES/Consignee/other applicable inspection agencies.
- Prepare and maintain inspection requests and quality-related documents.
- Coordinate with the Quality Department for inspection reports, test certificates,



material certificates, compliance reports and other quality documentation.
- Ensure all documents required for inspection and acceptance are complete.

Dispatch & Payment Follow-up

- Coordinate dispatch documentation, invoices, e-way bills and Railway-required documents.
- Ensure submission of documents to the concerned Railway department.
- Track material receipt, inspection clearance, acceptance, and bill processing.
- Follow up with the concerned departments for payment realization.
- Maintain a complete record of outstanding payments and ageing.

Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in Indian Railways tendering/IREPS and order management.
- Strong knowledge of Railway tender procedures and documentation.
- Experience with IREPS, RDSO/RITES/Consignee inspection will be preferred.
- Good understanding of quality and inspection documentation.
- Experience in handling PO-to-payment processes will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and documentation.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple Railway orders and deadlines.
