Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage the complete tendering process for Government and Private Infrastructure Projects. The candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing tender documents, coordinating with internal departments, submitting bids, and maintaining all tender-related records.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and identify relevant tenders from Government and Private portals such as GEM, CPP Portal, Railways, State Electricity Boards, and other authorities.
- Download, review, and analyze tender documents, BOQ, eligibility criteria, and technical requirements .
- Prepare and submit Technical Bids, Commercial Bids, and supporting documentation within timelines.
- Coordinate with Project, Accounts, Procurement, and Management teams for tender costing and documentation.
- Prepare EMD, Bank Guarantee, Affidavits, Declarations, and statutory documents required for tender submission.
- Maintain records of submitted, awarded, pending, and rejected tenders.
- Track tender opening dates, corrigendums, bid clarifications, and results.
- Coordinate with clients and authorities regarding tender-related queries and documentation.




- Maintain an updated database of company credentials, work orders, completion certificates, and technical documents.
- Support contract finalization and post-award documentation activities.

- Experience in Government Tendering and E-Tender Portals and E – Procurement .
- Knowledge of GEM, CPP Portal, Railway Tenders, and Electricity Board Tenders , GETCO and GAIL
- Familiarity with BOQ, Work Orders, Technical Documents, and Contract Conditions.
- Ability to handle multiple tenders simultaneously with accuracy and deadlines.

Travel Requirement ✔ Primarily Office-Based at Surat.

✔ Occasional travel to Government offices, client locations, or project sites may be required.
