HIRING | TENDER EXECUTIVE

Position: Tender Executive

We are looking for a Tender Executive to manage end-to-end tender activities and ensure timely and accurate submission of bids.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and identify relevant tenders
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria & requirements
- Prepare and submit tender documents within deadlines
- Coordinate with internal teams for technical & commercial details
- Manage EMD, tender fees, BOQ and required documentation
- Handle online tender portals and e-tendering processes
- Maintain tender records, trackers and submission status
- Follow up on tender results and post-submission activities

Requirements
- Experience in tendering / bidding / quotation process preferred
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office & documentation
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of e-tender portals will be an advantage
