A Telecaller is responsible for communicating with customers over the phone, answering their queries, and providing information about the company’s products or services. Main Responsibilities: Make outgoing calls to potential and existing customers. Receive and answer incoming customer calls. Explain products, services, offers, or company information. Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication. Handle customer questions and resolve basic issues.
