'SHE' is a Online e-commerce firm. We are looking for Tele callers for our brand building and costumer relations.

Key Responsibilities

- Outbound Calling: Dial lists of potential clients to pitch products, share promotions, or find sales leads.
- Inbound Support: Answer incoming queries, solve basic complaints, and provide accurate product details.
- Lead Tracking: Record call outcomes, customer feedback, and follow-up dates in the Razorpay Payroll Learning Center or company CRM system.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily and monthly goals for talk time, lead generation, or closed sales.

Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Communication: Explicit verbal skills and active listening abilities.
- Resilience: A cool-tempered attitude with the ability to handle rejection without taking it personally.
- Education: Plus two or Degree.
- Technical Basics: Computer literacy and basic knowledge of CRM software or dialing tools.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
