About the Role

Provis Technologies is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller / Telesales Executive with excellent communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, explaining our products and services, generating leads, and converting prospects into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Introduce and explain Provis Technologies' products and services to prospects.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Schedule product demos or meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer responses.
- Handle basic customer queries professionally.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and follow-ups.
- Prepare regular updates on calling activities and lead status.

Required Skills

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Freshers can apply if they have strong communication skills.
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, customer support, or business development preferred.
- Experience in the IT/software industry will be an added advantage.
