We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, understanding their property requirements, explaining projects, generating site visits, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from assigned leads.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, location preferences, and property needs.
- Explain project details, pricing, amenities, offers, and payment plans to customers.
- Generate and schedule site visits with interested customers.
- Follow up regularly with leads through calls and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers.
- Update customer information and follow-up details in CRM/software.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide relevant information.
Requirements
- 6 months to 4 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, real estate, banking, insurance, or a similar sales role.
- Positive verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Strong customer-handling and follow-up abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Multi language is added advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Real estate telesales experience will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹21,887.54 - ₹35,795.08 per month
