Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products/services, qualifying leads, and closing sales over the phone. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a robust commitment to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using provided lead lists or self-generated leads to introduce and promote products/services.

- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers.

- Identify customer needs and pain points, and tailor sales pitches to address them.

- Qualify leads and determine their potential to become long-term customers.





- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally and persuasively.

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in the CRM system.

- Follow up on leads and previous conversations to nurture relationships and close sales.

- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies and improve call scripts.

- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.

- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

- Participate in regular sales training and coaching sessions to enhance selling skills.
