Role Description The Telemarketer role at OK CREATIVE LAB is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The Telemarketer will conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, introduce studio services, and generate interest in production and creative solutions. Daily tasks include qualifying leads, explaining service offerings, answering inquiries, and scheduling appointments or follow-up calls for the business development or production team.

The role involves maintaining call records, updating CRM or call logs, and meeting call volume and conversion targets.



The Telemarketer will collaborate closely with sales and marketing colleagues to support campaigns, gather feedback from prospects, and contribute to a positive client experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills and explicit, professional phone etiquette.
- Candidates should possess solid Interpersonal Skills to build rapport and handle diverse client interactions.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service abilities to respond to inquiries, address concerns, and represent the studio positively.
- Candidates should possess Sales-oriented skills to identify needs, promote services, and support lead conversion.
- Candidates should possess Appointment Scheduling skills to coordinate calls, meetings, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of media, creative, or production services is beneficial.
- Comfort with using computers, CRM tools, and call management software is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, meet targets, and manage time effectively.
- Prior experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or call center roles is an advantage.
