Trident Consulting is currently seeking a ”Telecom Expense & Contract Manager" for one of our clients in "Remote" . A global leader in business and technology services.

Role: Telecom Expense & Contract Manager

Location: Remote

Type: Fulltime

Required Skills:

- 8+ years of experience in Telecom Program Management, Contract Management, Telecom Expense Management (TEM), or Vendor Management , preferably within enterprise-scale telecom environments.
- Strong expertise in Telecom Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) , including contract negotiation, renewals, amendments, commercial terms, SLAs, obligations, and closeout .
- Hands-on experience with TEM, telecom billing, invoice validation, AP/AR, spend analysis, cost assurance, forecasting, and telecom cost optimization .
- Robust telecom inventory and vendor/carrier management experience, including line provisioning, order-to-activate, decommissioning/reclamation, SLA management, service performance, and dispute resolution .
- Excellent vendor negotiation, stakeholder management,



governance, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with legal, procurement, finance, and technology teams ; experience with Tangoe, Calero, Asignet, MOBI, Cass, or similar TEM platforms is a plus.
