About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecalling Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making calls, communicating with potential customers, explaining our services, generating leads, and converting leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Explain company services clearly to customers.
- Follow up with leads through calls and messages.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Convert leads into customers and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the sales/operations team when required.
- Handle customer questions and provide appropriate information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Must be fluent in Kannada.
- Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi will be an advantage.




- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Preferred Candidate

- Kannada-speaking candidate.
- Sales-oriented and confident while speaking on the phone.
- Target-driven and comfortable with regular follow-ups.
- Candidates available to join immediately or at short notice are preferred.
