Role Description This is a full time, on-site Telecaller role based in Siliguri. The Telecaller will handle outbound and inbound calls to provide information about school programs, admissions, and services to prospective and current parents and guardians.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, maintaining call logs and databases, following up on leads, and supporting admission-related communication campaigns. The role also involves coordinating with the admissions and administration teams, sharing accurate updates, and ensuring courteous, professional communication at all times.

Qualifications





- Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages, with clear and polite telephone etiquette.
- Ability to listen actively, understand parent and student needs, and respond with accurate information.
- Basic computer literacy, including use of call logs, spreadsheets, and CRM or admission management systems.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle high call volumes and follow up on leads efficiently.
- Customer service mindset, with patience, professionalism, and a positive attitude toward families and colleagues.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or front-office roles in education or services is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification: higher secondary or graduate degree from a recognized institution.
- Willingness to work on-site in Siliguri and collaborate closely with school administration and admissions teams.
