About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and communication-focused Telecallers / Visa Process Executives to join our immigration consultancy team. The selected candidates will communicate with prospective clients, understand their requirements, explain the available visa processes, and coordinate with the counselling and processing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and communicate with prospective clients regarding visa and immigration services.
- Understand clients' requirements and provide basic information about suitable visa processes.
- Explain the general process, documentation requirements, timelines, and next steps.
- Follow up with interested clients through calls and messages.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update client information.
- Schedule appointments for clients with the counsellor.
- Coordinate with the in-office counselling team.
- Maintain professional communication and build good client relationships.
- Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Punjabi/Hindi; basic English is preferred.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or immigration/visa consultancy will be an advantage.
