A Telecaller is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone, explaining the company’s products or services, understanding customer requirements, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers.

Explain products/services clearly and professionally.

Identify customer needs and generate qualified leads.

Fix appointments for the sales or consulting team.

Follow up with enquiries and interested prospects.

Maintain accurate daily call and follow-up records.

Update customer details and lead status regularly.

Follow up on scheduled appointments.

Build positive relationships with customers.

Achieve daily/weekly call and appointment targets.

Required Skills: Positive communication and listening skills, basic computer knowledge, confident telephone etiquette, follow-up ability, positive attitude, and basic Tamil & English communication.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
