Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customers, promoting solar energy solutions, and generating leads or appointments for the sales team. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach are essential. Prior experience in the solar industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote solar products and services.
- Explain product features, benefits, and advantages clearly and convincingly.
- Generate leads, schedule site visits, or book appointments for the sales team.
- Handle inbound queries and provide timely and accurate information.
- Maintain and update customer databases and call records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with interested prospects to ensure proper conversion.
- Work closely with the field sales team to ensure smooth handover and follow-through.
- Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or customer service associate.
- Excellent communication skills in [English, Hindi].
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Minimum qualification: Graduation (in any discipline).
- Experience in the solar industry is a strong plus.
