1. Sales Engineer – Solar
Position: Sales Engineer Location: Telangana / Local Area
Employment: Full-Time
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify new residential, commercial and industrial customers.
- Meet customers and understand their electricity and solar requirements.
- Explain solar rooftop systems, savings, subsidy, financing and project perks.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate site visits.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into orders.
- Coordinate with the technical and installation teams.
- Maintain customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or related field preferred.
- Experience in solar sales or electrical sales is an advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
- Freshers with good communication and a strong interest in solar sales can also apply.

Position:
Telecaller Employment: Full-Time / Work From Home
Responsibilities
- Call potential customers and generate solar leads.
- Explain Karthik Solar's residential and commercial solar solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and collect basic project information.
- Follow up with interested customers through phone and WhatsApp.
- Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain lead and follow-up records.
- Achieve daily/weekly lead-generation targets.
Requirements
- Good Telugu and basic English/Hindi communication skills.
- Confident and polite communication.
- Basic smartphone and WhatsApp knowledge.
- Previous telecalling/sales experience is an advantage.
- Freshers can apply.
- Ability to work independently from home.
