We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller to join our Real Estate team.
The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their property requirements, following up with leads, and supporting the sales team in converting enquiries into successful deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential property customers.
- Handle incoming enquiries and provide basic property information.
- Understand customer requirements and identify suitable properties.
- Follow up regularly with interested leads.
- Schedule property visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Assist in converting leads into successful property deals.
- Achieve assigned calling and lead-conversion targets.
Requirements
- Valuable communication skills.
- Malayalam and basic English/Hindi communication preferred.
- Confident and pleasant telephone manner.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and computers.
- Freshers can apply.
- Previous telecalling or real estate experience will be an advantage.
- Candidates with a sales-oriented and target-driven attitude are preferred.
Compensation ₹8,000/month + Incentive for Every Successful Deal Closure The more deals you help close, the more you can earn through incentives.
