Asha IVF & Fertility Center is looking for an experienced Telecaller to handle patient enquiries, appointment bookings and follow-up communication. The candidate should have strong communication skills and be comfortable speaking with patients in a professional and empathetic manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls
- Follow up on patient enquiries and leads
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Provide basic information about clinic services and consultation procedures
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments and enquiries
- Maintain accurate call and lead records
- Respond to telephone and WhatsApp enquiries
- Coordinate with the reception and clinical teams
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Ensure timely follow-ups on assigned leads
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of telecalling/customer handling experience
- Healthcare, hospital, IVF, fertility or clinic experience preferred
- Robust Hindi communication skills; working English preferred
- Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer and data-entry knowledge
- Patient, polite and confident communication style
- Ability to manage follow-ups systematically
