About KEVOR

KEVOR is an electrical and power solutions company specializing in servo voltage stabilizers, Variacs, industrial dimmers, and LED lighting solutions for industrial, commercial, and domestic applications.

We are building a professional sales team and are looking for a Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive who can take ownership of daily calling, enquiry handling, lead qualification, and follow-up.

Job Responsibilities

- Make cold calls to electrical dealers, distributors, panel builders, industries, and potential business customers.
- Handle inbound enquiries received through phone, WhatsApp, website, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and identify potential opportunities for servo voltage stabilizers and related electrical products.
- Generate new leads through calling, online research, and market information.
- Qualify leads based on product requirement, application, location, and business potential.
- Follow up with existing leads, enquiries, quotations, and prospective dealers/distributors.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, lead status, and follow-up dates in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the field sales team to arrange customer visits and share qualified opportunities.
- Reconnect with inactive or old leads and develop them into potential business opportunities.
- Prepare daily calling and follow-up reports.




- Maintain professional communication with customers and represent KEVOR positively.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in servo voltage stabilizers, electrical equipment, power solutions, industrial products, or related industries will be highly preferred.
- Candidates who have worked with servo stabilizer manufacturers, electrical dealers, distributors, or industrial electrical companies are especially encouraged to apply.
- Positive Hindi and English communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners, dealers, distributors, and industrial customers.
- Basic knowledge of electrical products and sales terminology.
- Familiarity with CRM, Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
- Self-disciplined, punctual, and consistent with daily follow-ups.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned leads.
