Job Title: Telecaller Industry: Furniture Manufacturing Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Working Days: 6 days As a Tele calling Executive, Candidate will be responsible for managing customer/ Client relationships, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

Responsibilities: Manage customer / Client inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone, email, and in-person Resolve customer /Client issues promptly, ensuring timely delivery and quality of products Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and preferences Analyze customer /Client data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement Implement customer / Client retention strategies to increase loyalty and repeat business Ensure accurate and timely communication with customers regarding order status, delivery,
