Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential candidates and explain available job opportunities. Source and screen candidates based on job requirements.

Coordinate interviews, document collection, and joining formalities. Maintain candidate records and follow up regularly. Coordinate with the recruitment and operations teams for staff deployment. Handle candidate queries professionally.

Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.



RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable making regular outbound calls. Hindi communication is essential; basic English preferred.

Basic computer knowledge. Prior experience in telecalling, recruitment, HR, or healthcare staffing is an advantage. Freshers with positive communication skills may also apply.
