This is a founding-team sales role, but not the kind you're bracing for: you won't be cold-dialling strangers or reading a pushy script. You'll be calling people who already signed up, asked for a trial, or came through a referral — and helping them make a positive decision.

What the role involves

•⁠ ⁠Explain our pricing plainly no bait, no hidden steps

•⁠ ⁠Follow up reliably, when you said you would

•⁠ ⁠Log every call properly in our system

•⁠ ⁠Tell someone honestly when we're not the right fit for them

Who we're looking for A dedicated, warm, organised person who can sell without overpromising.

•⁠ ⁠You're comfortable and genuinely warm on the phone.

•⁠ ⁠Fluent English. German or another language our learners speak is a big plus.

•⁠ ⁠You're organised and reliable with a CRM.Follow-up is where most sales quietly die.

•⁠ ⁠You're honest.You can make the case for something without inflating it.

•⁠ ⁠You handle rejection well.Not every call is a yes, and that's fine.
