Role: Telecaller

Experience: 0–3 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

- Handle incoming customer calls and provide required information.

- Explain products, services, offers and other details to customers.

- Generate leads and schedule appointments or follow-ups.

- Maintain regular follow-up with interested customers.

- Update customer information and call records in CRM/Excel.

- Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns.

- Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads.

- Achieve daily/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

- Prepare daily call and follow-up reports.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.

- Good Hindi/English communication; knowledge of Marathi is an advantage.

- Confident and polite personality.

- Valuable listening and customer-handling skills.

- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Freshers can also be considered.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
