Key Responsibilities
- Connect with candidates through calls, WhatsApp, email & social media
- Understand career goals and recommend suitable career services
- Promote Resume, LinkedIn, Interview Preparation, Job Search & RM Services
- Convert leads into paid customers
- Follow up with digital marketing and referral leads
- Maintain lead details in CRM
- Achieve monthly sales & revenue targets
- Coordinate with operations for smooth service delivery
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- Excellent English & Hindi communication
- Punjabi is an added advantage
- Confident in phone/video conversations
- Good sales, negotiation & follow-up skills
- Comfortable with CRM, MS Office, Google Workspace & WhatsApp Business
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply
- Sales, HR, recruitment, education or customer service experience preferred
