Responsibilities:

- Generate and handle property leads

- Call clients and schedule meetings/site visits

- Understand client requirements and pitch suitable properties

- Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets

- Maintain client records and follow-ups

- Coordinate for documentation and booking process

- Conduct site visits and explain project details to clients

Requirements:

- Graduate or equivalent

- Experience in real estate sales preferred (freshers can apply)

- Valuable communication and negotiation skills

- Target-oriented and self-motivated

- Knowledge of Gurugram real estate is a plus
