Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage debt recovery processes for personal loans, credit cards, and other financial products.

- Identify delinquent accounts and develop strategies to recover outstanding balances through phone calls, emails, or visits.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and disputes related to loan collections.

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers and update the database accordingly.

Job Requirements :

- 1-5 years of experience in banking collections, DRA (Debt Recovery Agent), or similar roles.

- DRA Certification preferred.

- Solid knowledge of loan collection procedures and regulations.

- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone calls.
